Overview​

The IT Department plays a critical role in the EBT Instructor implementation, responsible for infrastructure deployment, security configuration, and system integration.

Important notes​

  • Timeline and sequencing depend on client readiness and inputs/availability from each department (e.g., access to systems, data, stakeholders, approvals).
  • Each department roadmap should be treated as additive to the others for overall planning. For example, if IT is 8 weeks and Flight Standards is 8 weeks, the combined plan is 8 + 8 = 16 weeks (unless you explicitly plan and staff parallel workstreams).
